Background: Under the supervision and management of the Administration & HR Manager, the main role of the Office Administrator is to provide a wide variety of interdepartmental office support to either an individual or team and is vital to ensure smooth and efficient running of the Organization’s daily operations. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and document filing. Additionally, Office Administrators are often tasked with office projects and tasks.
