 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize and handle recruitment process which includes advertisement, short-listing, interview, employment offers and contracting.
  • Identify resources needed to fill the vacancies and monitor the execution for the effectiveness of employment.
  • Prepares & submit periodical reports of work progress.
  • Manage all types of staff leaves and monitor the implementation.
  • Assist in the implementation of Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Ensure update Individual Training & Development Plan for Potential staff and monitor/update their accelerated progression.
  • Manage the attendance records and update the system and highlight discipline cases and make recommendation as per the company policy & procedure.
  • Participate in the development of short term and long term manpower plans and recruitment requirements/ sourcing strategy.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR Plans, recruitment, Budget, Training, compensation and benefits.
  • Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure that training objectives are met.
  • Assist in the implementation of Career Management aspects such as transfers; promotion, upgrading and management of pool of potential staff.
  • Ensure HR Services and Employees Relations meet business needs.

 


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • MBA and / or Professional Certificate in HRM is an advantage. 
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Mining Industry. 
  • Excellent English language skill
  • Excellent communication & problem solving skills
  • Able to work in a team or individually
