Duties and responsibilities:

Lead the preparation of the RG consolidated Business plan (3 years and annual plans).

Developing procedures relating to a company’s business planning, new projects’ feasibility, and economical studies.

Prepare presentation materials and reports in support of Investment Cases, RIDA Group Capital Plan, Business Plan and Budget.

Identify projects’ desired goals, plan to reduce risks, avoid missing deadlines, and ultimately deliver the agreed project, service, or product.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the business units assigned to the role with the view of gaining in-depth knowledge of their operations including risks and opportunities with respect to their business plans.

A strong understanding of the requirements of shareholder and how these requirements impact on Business Development Division’s performance and delivery.

Conduct quarterly & monthly flash report calls with assigned Business Unit/program/project and analyze the division’s operational performance against plan in the new businesses, identify trends and clearly articulate potential upside or risk to Senior Management.

Review Monthly / Quarterly Performance Reports prepared by the Business Units and highlight any questions or prompts to Senior Management that should be flagged to the Business Units.

Analyze the monthly spend against the approved capital plan for the new business, identify trends, investigate variances and indenting and clearly articulate risks and opportunities.

Manage and conduct project reviews, business cases for major investments / disinvestments as required by Business Units and shareholders.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines, Business Administration, Economics, or similar field required.

MBA and/or an experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying for this position, is preferable.

Minimum 10- 12 years of experience in Corporate and business planning, budgeting, and projects planning and management.

Familiar with cascading strategy and developing work program and budget processes.

Excellent report writing skills, with the ability to clearly and succinctly summarizing business cases, risks, and key success factors.

Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management

Strong communication Skills and confident presenter.
