• Develop RG strategy and long-term plans for agriculture business.
• Create and/or administrate agriculture business plans
• Carries suitable pre-feasibility, market intelligence and techno-economic studies to decide on the best possible products to invest it.
• Ensures that RIDA strategy is implemented in the program scale
• Coach and train the program’s staff in several areas of agribusiness
• Develop and manage a detailed work program and budget.
• Review and control any projects under the agricultural investment of RIDA
• Prepare of a clear RIDA Agribusiness Road Map for the upcoming 5 years.
• Ensures that RIDA Q-HSE policies are implemented across the agribusiness program
• Promotes RIDA brand as and when applicable.
• Manage and administer Sub-contractors through the contact phases.
• Receives, checks, and endorses all related studies and agricultural projects deliverables.
• Provides periodic and special operational reports for management, keeping abreast of technological developments in the agricultural business

• Bachelor’s degree in agricultural science, engineering, agricultural economics, or other related study.
• Post graduate studies in business or agriculture economic is a plus
• At least 15 years of experience across the agricultural industry, of which at least 5 years in managerial position
• Extensive Agriculture Projects/Farms management experience is a must, a certificate in project management is a plus
• Excellent report writing with strong communication Skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Superior project management and time management skills.
• Ability to travel to projects locations.
