Krikab Food Production Co Ltd was established in 1956 as one of the first factories in Independent Sudan. The factory was then nationalized in 1971 before its privatization in 1991.
Since then the factory has undergone a comprehensive rehabilitation program before commencing commercial production in 1995. Krikab Food Production Company is currently one of the leading & oldest confectionary manufactures in Sudan.

Essentially ensure the smooth running of the BOD office on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities typically include but not exclude: organising meetings and managing databases. booking and accommodation and all the BOD administrative issues.

 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Overseeing general office operation.
  • Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Supervising, mentoring, BOD office activities to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels for the BOD office
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
  • Handle all the BOD administrative issue

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

A bachelor degree in administration or equivalent.
Five years of experience in office administration

  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Fluent in English
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Very good communications skills
  • Very good report writing skills
