Petra for ready mixed concrete factory is one of the first private institutions in Khartoum, specialized in Ready-mix Concrete manufacturing, which was founded in early 2006. Our main branch is located in Khartoum Jabra as well as another branch in Bahri. In addition to that, our own Sieve plant, it segregates different types of natural aggregates, which are used in the concrete. Today the factory employs over 500 people; the factory owns five different batchers that produce around 600 cubic meters per an hour. For almost more than 15 years, we have been successfully supplying concrete to entire scale of projects in the market from residential houses to prestigious, technically demanding commercial, national and industrial projects. We have produced and poured thousands of cubic meters to date.

Providing all general administrative services for the company, securing company assets, building maintenance and services, managing and operating vehicles, maintaining and securing them, and maintaining generators

 Duties and responsibilities:

• Supervising the employees 'and employees' cafeterias in the factory, through direct follow-up with cafeteria supervisors in terms of petty cash, budget, prices, following up and monitoring the cost, quality of meals, cleanliness, and meeting the needs of cafeterias in terms of furniture, utensils, and others.
• Supervising cleaning companies and ensuring the quality of hygiene.
• Supervising the deportation carts and managing the migration lines.
• Follow up on charging electricity meters.
• He follows up on the generators and maintains them in coordination with the Maintenance and Production Department
• Follow up on the payment of water bills, waste charges and local fees.
• Supervising health water requests and following up the payment of bills.
• Follow up office cleaning operations, supervise the work of cleaning contractors, and follow up the payment of bills and quality of work.
• Preserving the general environment for work, such as removing work debris and waste.
• Submit a report on the depreciation status of vehicles in coordination with the Administrative Director and the Financial Department

 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Bs.c of Business Administration

At lest 5 yaers experience in the similar field
