 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process for the operation vacancies, and provide a timely vacancies update.
  • Promote a positive and open work environment in the factory.
  • Supporting and administrating all HR transactions (HR ops) in terms of employee leaves, benefits, factory working shifts.
  • Working closely with the head of operation in order to identify the HR needs in terms of hiring, promoting, terminating and transferring.  
  • Executing and TNA the employment training & development in the factory.
  • Responsible for following up the employee labor cases.
  • Responsible for preparing the employee files, covering the onboarding, employee lifecycle, compensation changes and exit administration.
  • Reporting and identifying problems in the factory, making recommendations for improvement and implementation plans with the alignment of the HO HR.
  •  Executive the quarterly and yearly performance evaluation reviews.
  • Ensure all Payroll data (overtime, EOS, etc) are reported on timely basis.
  • Support with Social Insurance management, as the main interface to SI office in Madani.
  • Support with Medical Insurance issues, as the main interface to our MI doctor in the Factory.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

*Minimum Qualification:

  • BSC Degree on Business Administration on any Relevant Filed.

*Skills and Experience Required:

  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Excellent in MS office.
  • Good English speaking and writing.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management.
