Duties and responsibilities:
-
The export manager will be responsible for entire export process from generating orders to dispatch by co-ordination with other departments.

He will look after export marketing, regulatory affairs, costing, negotiation, executions, and logistics and export documentations.

Should be responsible independently for export Sales & Marketing with good team management.
-
Making Strategies for the Marketing in overseas Markets.
-
Identify & Anticipate customers & market needs for various products manufactured.
-
Developing new buyers, cutting costs, Relationship management, General management, Business Plans, International Business development, financial acumen increasing sales.
-
Analyzing market trends, Sales, Performance, understanding buyer’s requirement and giving directions to purchasing team.

Completion of registration formalities.
-
Submission of offers and documents pertaining to enquiry/tender.
-
Follow up and negotiation of orders.
-
Marketing and promotional activities, exhibitions to promote company product.
-
Productive relationship building with foreign clients and affiliates.
-
Effective communicator & team leader with strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.
Assures the organization and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure compliance in the plant to all legal rules as per buyers requirement & to meet the Quality specifications as desired by the buyer.

Take key decisions regarding the pricing strategies.

Study competition products and benefits.

Setting the culture of the company.

Frequent oversees traveling for marketing and presentations.
-
Responsibility for implementation of Quality systems in his department.

ISO & HACAP knowledge is a plus for the job.
