Background: The Cash Consortium of Sudan (CCS) is scaling Area-Based Coordination (ABC) to the Kordofan region to strengthen field-level coordination in contexts where formal structures are limited or inconsistent. ABC platforms provide structured coordination spaces for humanitarian actors to jointly assess needs, align programming, and address service gaps. The model complements existing coordination structures, including A-ICCG, clusters the INGO Forum, the SI-Ied Emergency Response Mechanism (ERM), and ensures linkage to national coordination architecture. ABC State Leads are central to facilitating these platforms at the state level, ensuring structured information exchange, partner mapping, and operational coordination. Purpose: The ABC State Lead will support the facilitation and operational functioning of the ABC platform at the state level. Working under the supervision of the ABC Coordinator - Kordofans, the State Lead will support coordination meeting, maintain service mapping, support joint prioritisation processes, and track operational constraints. This role is a facilitative coordination position focused on enabling effective information sharing, jiint analysis, and alignment among humanitarian actors at the state level.
