Duties and responsibilities: Position Summary: The HR Coordinator (Recruitment) will lead strategic recruitment initiatives, ensuring the hiring process across SZWO is transparent, efficient, and aligned with organizational policies and donor requirements. The role supports both Head office and field-level hiring, focusing on workforce planning, candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and on boarding coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 4 years HR experience, including at least 2 years in recruitment Prior experience with INGOs or multi-stakeholder environments preferred Strong working knowledge of Sudanese labor law Fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal) SZWO Values: We uphold the Humanitarian Principles: humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and operational independence.
