Background: The overall purpose of this position is to provide overall day-to-day management of Pharmaceutical supplies in West Kordofan. This included establishing a well-organized drug distribution system to health facilities and leading the identification of the needs of the programme, plan for procurement and receive necessary approval, follow up with logistics team to ensure timely procurement, ensure proper storage system and establish distribution system. Assist PHCs to maintain updated database of essential drugs/supplies, maintain standard and appropriate storage of the essential drugs, assist PHC to maintain proper records of the warehouse receipts, transfers, and disbursements and implement stock cards and balance sheets in the drug warehouse and implement their use in the facilities pharmacy rooms. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Diploma in Pharmacy at least 2 years or BSC in Pharmacy with 1 year experience preferably with UN or INGOs. |
