Background: The Supply Chain Planning Executive is responsible for the end-to-end orchestration of material requirements and production scheduling. This role ensures that production plans are converted into actionable schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing supplier communications, and driving continuous improvement in waste management and plan conformance.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Execute weekly Material Requirements Planning (MRP), identifying bottlenecks and coordinating actions with the Production & Planning Manager.
- Manage the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle: creating weekly POs, securing supplier confirmations, and consolidating containers for local and global materials.
- Provide monthly forecast data to suppliers to ensure long-term availability.
- Coordinate daily Customs Clearance for imported materials with the Logistics team based on priority.
- Convert weekly production plans into workable schedules using sequencing tools to minimize changeovers.
- Monitor and communicate KPIs including Conformance to Schedule (C2S) and OEE.
- Resolve inconsistencies in weekly volumes and escalate issues impacting production execution to the Planning Manager.
- Partner with Production departments to improve scheduling execution and increase plan conformance.
- Project yearly inventory levels and manage WMS stock distribution in collaboration with the warehouse team.
- Ensure all materials required for the following week's production are in stock or received by each Thursday.
- Manage shelf-life risks by monitoring material hold quantities and providing consumption insights to Quality.
- Verify monthly warehouse cycle counts and investigate discrepancies causing material shortages.
- Prepare On-Time In-Full (OTIF) reports and discuss shipment variances with suppliers and Direct Procurement.
- Support supplier visits by providing data on performance, price issues, and payment statuses.
- Participate in the Material Waste Management continuous improvement journey.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- Education: BSc Degree in Management or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an FMCG environment with experience in Supply Chain (Planning, Warehousing, and Logistics), Production, or Finance.
- Systems: Proficiency in SAP, AX, or other factory information systems.
- IT Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel).
- Languages: Fluent English (written and verbal).
Core Skills- Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to influence key stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to drive change within their area.
- Knowledge of EHS standards, policies, and raw materials.
