Background: About CRS: Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. CRS works to save, protect, and transform the lives of people in need in more than 100 countries, regardless of race, religion, or nationality. CRS’ relief and development work is accomplished through programs of emergency response, HIV, health, agriculture, education, microfinance, and peacebuilding. Since 2004, CRS has provided life-saving assistance to the most vulnerable communities adversely affected by conflict and natural disasters in regions such as Darfur. Job Summary The ICT4D SPO is responsible for implementing digital program tools for the multi-sector assistance (including food, health, and nutrition) in prioritized localities across Central and North Darfur. The ICT4D SPO will mostly focus his/her support on project funded by Sudan Humanitarian Fund. Depending on needs, other projects might require support. He/she will work closely with the MEAL team to support data management, develop custom report designs, and enhance the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) system's performance. The ICT4D SPO will work with the MEAL team to provide database management support, maintain the relational database, and visualize prioritized data. The Staff will lead project staff capacity-building efforts to guide the efficient utilization of the Project Management Information System.
