The Project Field Officer supports the implementation of SAFER project activities at community level, ensuring effective service delivery, community engagement, and accurate reporting in line with SRCS and donor standards.

A. Field Implementation

• Implement protection, foster care, MPCA, livelihoods, and awareness activities at community level.
• Support establishment and follow-up of safe spaces, foster care networks, and community structures.
• Facilitate beneficiary identification, referrals, and follow-up.

B. Community Engagement and Accountability

• Support community consultations, awareness sessions, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure safeguarding, confidentiality, and do-no-harm principles are respected.

C. Monitoring and Reporting

• Collect and submit accurate activity and beneficiary data.
• Prepare regular field reports and share observations with the Project Coordinator.

6. Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in humanitarian field implementation.
• Experience working with IDPs and vulnerable communities.
