Main Purpose of Job:
The Finance Assistant supports the Finance Officer and Finance Manager in the execution of day-to-day financial operations at the Khartoum/Omdurman office. The role ensures accurate financial record-keeping, proper documentation, and compliance with IRC policies and donor requirements. The position contributes to maintaining strong financial controls and supporting program implementation.
Job Summary:
The Finance Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to the Finance Department, including data entry, voucher preparation, filing, cash and bank support, and assistance with payroll and audits. The role works closely with program and operations staff to ensure timely and compliant financial processes.
