Duties and responsibilities: Main Purpose of the position: Defining, coordinating and monitoring all care and nursing related activities in the project and ensuring the daily management of the human resources, according to MSF nursing protocols, standards and procedures, in order to warrant efficiency, quality and continuity of prescribed care.
Key Responsibilities:
The Nurse Activity Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and evaluating the implementation of nursing, nutrition, and community health activities across all project components and in multiple MoH facilities (hospitals, PHCs, etc.). This includes the Emergency Room (ER), Triage, Inpatient and Ambulatory Therapeutic Feeding Centres (ITFC/ATFC), Pediatric IPD, and Primary Health Care (PHC) services. The role ensures quality and patient-centred care in line with MOH/ MSF protocols and in collaboration with the MoH. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Qualifications and requirements: Education: Essential nursing diploma for general or specialized health services (Bachelor of Science in Nursing Desirable); Specialization or training in tropical medicine would be an asset Experience: Essential working experience of at least two years in nursing activities related jobs and experience as a nurse supervisor/manager. Desirable working experience in MSF or other NGO’s in developing countries Language: Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English Knowledge/Competencies:
