Background: Support Service Team Leader
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is a leading protection agency with a mandate to promote and protect durable solutions to conflict and displacement affected populations on the basis of humanitarian principles and human rights. DRC is implementing a multi-sector response to support Sudan refugees, IDPs, conflict affected and host populations. Currently, DRC Sudan is focusing on emergency response in all areas of operation. DRC Sudan is one of the leading agencies in Sudan across many other INGOs with spread presence in Central Darfur, White Nile, Gedaref, South Kordofan and Port Sudan. POSITION PROFILE Overall purpose of the role: DRC is looking for an experienced Support Service Team Leader to Provides coordinated and strategic leadership for all support functions and ensures the smooth running of all support functions to meet the program needs in line with the DRC Operations Handbook. This role has an area focus and ensures compliance to DRC procedures and guidelines within the area. The role contributes to the development of area strategies, which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks. The role provides support and/or technical guidance to base operations. |

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in relevant field LANGUAGES
