Background: The Finance Department have the responsibility to coordinate the annual operating budgets, accounting, payroll, asset management planning and tracking records in coordination with the logistics department, job costing, mandated financial reporting and management reporting and the Human Resources department has the responsibility of people management such compensation, hiring, performance management, organization development, safety, wellness benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration and training. |
