Background: The Medical team leader will be part of a health team that will support the implementation of the IRC’s health programs in Gedaref at project locations that will ensure the delivery of high-quality health services, Support and supervise delivery of primary health services in health clinics, ensure availability of all supplies and equipment needed in PHCCs, Initiate, coordinate, and accelerate all planned training activities in collaboration with SMOH to build capacity of project staff & Support health officer and clinics in charge in management of health staff and liaise with health manager, health coordinator, HR, and field coordinator to address any emerging issues for staff at the health implementation sites in Gedaref. |
