How to Apply in SudanJob Website

There are 3 steps for applying to jobs:

First Step: Create your online CV (Resume) using the following steps:

1) Click on Resume (CV) in the list.

2) Click on New.

3) Enter (Resume title), number of years experience, both general and relevant period, then click on Add

4) Click on Move to next section.

5) Continue filling your information in Education section.

6) After adding all degrees and certificates, click on the Move to next section.

7) Enter your information in the other sections:

Experience section: the institutions, companies and organizations for whom you have worked.

Projects section: Projects you have implemented or been involved in.

Skills section:  For example, knowledge of computer programs or the ability to work with a team.

Languages section: List languages spoken.

References section: the names and addresses of persons who can refer the candidate, for example, your boss or director of the company for whom you are working. Should not be more than three names.

You can add additional information to your CV in Additional info.

Add Photo: You can also upload your photo image (optional).

To preview the final form of the Curriculum vitae press View Resume.

Notes:

- You can create three resumes only.

- If you want to create a second resume with the same information, but the second one with some changes, go to Resume (CV) - Edit – Duplicate

- To print your CV click on Resume (CV) - Edit – Resume title - Print View

- If you want to edit your CV, go to Resume (CV) – Edit


Second Step: Apply for job:

1) Click on Main in the Menu.

2) Select the appropriate job from the list of posts and then click on the name of the post Job Title.

3) After reading the requirements of the post click on Apply.

4) Choose your CV you want to submit and then click on Submit.


Third Step:

Follow up your submission status by clicking on Status.

All of your submissions will be displayed under Job title.

You will see one of three results:

1) Under Process

2) Selected to shortlist

3) Sorry, out of shortlist
