Job overview The budgeting and reporting Assistant, is under the supervision of the budgeting and reporting manager the job holder will be responsible for managing day to day financial activities including verification of financial documentation to ensure adherence to the internal and donor procedures , support finance team during month end closure, participate in the procurement committee , he/she will be in-charge of following up on IRC sub-awards and local partners and ensure providing required support to the local partners including capacity building component, in addition the post holder will assist team on the internal and external audits and following up on fulfilling audit requirement.
