 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Trade Management – Trade Investments (including terms of trade), making contracts for permanent and semi-permanent display material investments at defined sales points within the limits of the investment budget defined by the Company, reporting the investments to SUPERVISOR through the monitoring of contract terms.
  • Performing POS calls in line with the plan, ensuring product visibility, practicing FIFO-first in first out, overseeing the seamless flow of information to sales representative or chief when necessary
  • Product Quality Management Support – Receiving and reporting feedbacks related to the quality of products consumed by adult’s cigarette consumers.
  • Providing POS services in accordance with POSITIVE Program in order to ensure that Cycle (monthly trade activities) goals are achieved.
  • Execute excellence across all monthly trade activities to effectively build brands and achieve corporate volume and share targets.
  • Develop awareness at the sales point through effective communication of illegal trade, amendments to regulations and product specs
  • Efficient realization of the portfolio strategy through RCM (Retail Classification Methodology) principles and distribution, ensuring that the pricing, installment of permanent and semi-permanent display materials and display requirements are conducted properly. Promoting retailer and sales point experiences through the efficient practice of trade RDF (Retailer Behavior Model) activities.
  • Leading by holding himself and others as individual role models in order to raise the standards and attain flexible results.
  • Proceeding in line with the improvement plans aimed at improving individuals for existing and future roles.
  • Being responsible for his own development as well as the improvement of his technical skills as required by organizational needs.
  • Managing all the allocated resources and funds in a safe and productive way to make best use of Company’s assets.
  • Planning monthly visits based on the visiting activities and targets assigned in consideration of the geographical productivity, service priority and business impact of sales point.
  • Ensuring that permanent and semi-permanent display materials are in place to support sales and trade activities.
  • Ensuring that FCP (fixed coverage plan) is properly carried out.
  • Conduct documentation and report management.
  • Report on company's and competitors’ trade activities obtained in the field to ensure that the Company can respond to trends and opportunities.
  • Keeping and updating dynamic (opening and closing of sales points) database as well as all other sales point information and classification.
  • Ensuring that the inventory and financial accountability of permanent display materials is equilibrated regularly.
  • Ensuring a productive coordination with Sales Representative and supervisor in order to ensure that the service experiences of POS meet the Company's standards.
  • Receiving feedbacks and complaints of adult cigarette consumers concerning the quality of products they consume.
  • Completing the recording of related matters into the quality system.
  • Reporting information about related quality feedbacks to supervisor and related BAT units.
  • Executing and monitoring action based on the quality feedbacks received from the consumers at the sales points.   
  • Establishing strong relations with sales representatives within the same sales region.
  • Establishing working, win-win business relations with trade stakeholders by addressing the problems in a timely manner, ensuring seamless communication and providing assistance when required.

 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

*Minimum Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • A valid class driving license.
  • Basic understanding level for Trade Marketing principles.

*Skills and Experience Required:

  • 0_2 years of experience.
