 Duration: full time

 Background:

  • To supervises the operation of an industrial plant. With control of the plant processes centralized in a control room.

  • Measurement and control and maintenance of the variable process within a production or manufacturing area. The process variables used in feed plants are hammer mill, mixer, pellet press, cooler, elevator, Boilers, Air compressor, Air, steam pipeline connection, etc…



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain a record of everyday readings all checklists and processing equipment and ensure an optimal level of production.

  • Monitor all plant production and processing equipment.

  • Resolve all operating issues in the same and perform regular periodic maintenance on all equipment.

  • Manage all communication on operation issues between supervisors and coworkers.

  • Ensure work site free of any wastage and maintain a neat and clean plant site.

  • Manage all associate auxiliary equipment and control all plant operations.

  • Supervise efficient operations of all plant equipment.

  • Perform troubleshoot to identify and resolve all issues efficiently and assist to read all meters and gauges at regular intervals.

  • Maintain a record of all data from equipment such as operation, fuel consumed, and all voltage base.

  • Install and perform a repair on all plant equipment according to production specifications and prepare a record of all production and maintain all production equipment.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

3 years Diploma degree in Mechanical engineering.

0-2 years of experience in a technical mechanical field.

Skills, Knowledg and Abilities:

  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Ability to work in shifts when the job demands.
  • Ability to communicate well to other members of the team.
  • Comply with company safety procedures.
