1. Be capable of dealing professionally with children of ages 7 to 15 years old and solving any behavioral or social issues. 
2. Have a university degree in psychology. 
3. Have an excellent command of English and is computer literate. 
4. Be patient, positive, pleasant, hardworking and have very good communication skills. 
5. Preferably have a previous experience in a related field
