Duties and responsibilities: •Competitions, Retail audit & customers surveys:
Collect and analize market information
•Policies & Procedures:
Direct the development and oversee the implementation of operational policies, procedures and covering all areas of sales while delivering high quality service to customers.
•Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare region area sales budget and monitor sales, returns, waste & financial performance versus the budget revenues.
•Route Planning:
Region area shops count, outlets classification & route planning to ensure that our product are efficently ditributed throughout the ditribution network channels in his area.
•Consumer demographic:
In coordination with marketing department RSM is responsible for studying the demographic nature of the consumer surroundings & their consumption behavior.
•Events, Launching and Promotion:
Initiate and coordinate in Planning product launching, events and promotions in conjunction with other divisions.
•Training:
Initiate and coordinate staff trainning and development. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: •Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
•Detailed knowledge of industry, sales and distribution, market and competition trends.
•High level planning and analytical skills
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Leadership.
•People management.
•team building skills
•Fluency in Arabic and English |
