Background: To perform as Executive Assistant to the company General Manager. |

Duties and responsibilities: •Coordinates office management activities for the company.
•Perform variety of executive support tasks that may be highly confidential and sensitive.
•Assist in the preparation of all related policies, procedures and documentation.
•Conversant with regular as well as email correspondences.
•Reads and screen incoming correspondences.
•Composes letters and memorandum in response to incoming mail or call.
•Liaise between the GM and department heads /Project Managers or transmits directives, instructions and assignments and follows up the status of assignment.
•Prepare agenda and collect materials for meeting, speeches and conferences takes minutes and keep records of proceeding as required.
•Reviews and edits documents prepared for GM , Consultant and clients..
•Takes and transcribes dictation on technical and confidential matters from the management as required.
•Coordinates and facilitates the GM’s calendar to arrange appointments and meetings.
•Compiles and maintains records, statistical information and reports with the use of graphs and diagrammatic representation.
•Establishes and maintains security documents, various filing and records management systems.
•Establish contacts and relations with relevant Ministries and agencies to obtain up–to- date policy circulars affecting the company work. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: •A university graduate in any relevant field
•5 years work experience.
•Professional software user.
•Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic (written/spoken).
•Knowledge on business communications e.g. letters, correspondence minutes taking, shorthand. |
