Duties and responsibilities: •Pursue company opportunities growth continuously by bringing new potential projects and business that align with company strategy.
•Follows national and international agencies to monitor changes in regulations that could affect one or more of the company’s policies.
•Manages the policy and procedures system for the company’s research, leading the task of initiating new or revised research policies and procedures.
•Maintains methods to accumulate and distribute information on markets, quantitative data, risks, customers, and competitors to aid in decision-making.
•Manages quality of project initiation through reviews, documentation, and quality management procedures.
•Support on aligning business development activities budgets with company cash flow, report weekly expenses, and analyze project financial portfolio.
•Work to provide transparency, learning opportunities, and feedback to team members. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: •Minimum BSc in respective field.
•7-12 years experience in project management, marketing, and client relationship. |
