To lead the company to accumulate and use knowledge strategically in order to achieve company objectives and strategies.

•Develop operating procedures and quality assurance process for the effective implementation, follow up and quality control of projects. •Implement a knowledge management system for all contractual documents and approved drawings •Establish electronic and paper filing structure and carry out regular audits for compliance •Record all progress reports, photographs, weather conditions, rainfall etc. •Manage all correspondence with external parties, government, Board, shareholders •Establish Quality management system and set up independent audits •Document and manage site inspection approvals •Manage Health and Safety records for the whole programme •Produce weekly list of actions and outstanding issues •Produce project presentations, Board updates, external presentations •Produce and manage archiving policy •Oversee the creation of as-built drawings and maintenance manual •Support business information needs of Project’s management. •Create in corporation with the other contract managers, Senior Engineers, personnel manuals, Project’s procedure, quality control measures and procedures introduced to improve Projects overall performance. •Manage performance of team members, providing regular feedback on performance; •Support systems and processes for monitoring and reporting budgets, payments and risk contingency. •Develop and deliver an internal programme for the implementation and management of knowledge document systems; •Hold regular, formal progress meetings with team members and deal with all quality management issues promptly and within the allocated timescales.

•University degree in any relevant field •IT, quality control, and project management background •Minimum of 10-15 years work experience in similar field
