REPORTING TO:  Country Manager

Job Purpose:

• To assist the Country Manager of Sudan in all his duties as it mentioned on his job description.  
• To ensure that the Branch delivers its targeted Budget Results whilst also maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• Managing warehouse Jabra one and Jabra Two
• Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff Jabra one and two
• Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures such.
• Manage stock control: the self-assured receipt, storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system both warehouses
• Planning, Organizing and controlling of (Jabra one & two) Warehouse over-all operations.
• Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
• Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
• Follow up & control daily absence and over time.
•  Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
•  Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
•  Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, damage report, inbound, outbound, return reports.
• Improvement & development of both warehouses
•  Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration._ Enhance subordinates’ wellbeing and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
• Always research to improve all warehouse operations according to company’s objectives
•  Any Other tasks that may assign by manager.

• Bachelor Degree in an equivalent field Preferably Masters degree Business Knowledge in Clearing and Forwarding and Shipping
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy logistics environment within the same level
• Computer literacy
• Communication skills  Negotiation skills
• Analytical  , High level interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise good judgment
• Organization
