 Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare complete and accurately coded payment packages and GL entries.
  • Prepare cash receipts to record all income received
  • Record the country income in SAP
  • Recording all financial transactions related to the payments in SAP
  • Contribute to the preparation of CO year end schedules and ensure they are reflected in the financial system
  • Review the petty cash settlements and do the disbursement on time
  • Prepare cash receipts to record all income received

  • Contribute to the preparation of CO year end schedules and ensure they are reflected in the financial system
  • Prepare advance and contract monitoring reports.
  • File all departmental correspondence after the financial transaction 
  • Participate in the annual budget preparation process by completing tasks which may be assigned by the CFM

 

 
 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • depth knowledge of the Finance and accounting   preferably in Nonprofit making organization
  • BSC A degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Professional qualification in accountancy (CPA, ACCA) at intermediate or affiliate level  preferably

Salary and Benefits:

Plan offers a very competitive salary and benefits package to its employees. The employee shall receive a gross salary of 1652 in USD. Plan also offers different allowances including health insurance, one month’s gross salary during Eid-ulFitr, and an educational allowance (equivalent to one month’s gross salary) at the start of every school year to support the education of our staffs’ children.
