Background:
Food & Dairy Company in Sudan
Job Purpose:
-
To provide financial, clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.

Duties and responsibilities:
-
Maintain the Invoice/Purchase Order signatory list and issue periodic updates
-
Processing expenses claim
-
Production tax verification and processing for payment
-
Statutory payments like NSIC, Income tax, Zakah
-
Processing payments for ancillary units like Dairy farm
-
Overtime payments processing
-
Diesel purchases payments processing
-
Documents submission for tax audit
-
Post all of the above financial transactions within EBIZ System.
-
Any task requested by the direct manager.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
-
BSc in finance / Accounting
-
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Accountant.
-
Experience in manufacturing industries. (Preferable)
-
Adhering to the Companies Policies
-
Good Communication Skills
-
Initiative Level (Proactive, independent in approach. Seeks responsibility & extend help beyond own scope of responsibility)
