Background: Savola Edible Oils /Sudan has been established on Dec 2003 as a part of Savola Group (Food sector), which has branches all over the World ( Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordon ,Algeria ,Morocco , Iran and Kazakhstan) |

Duties and responsibilities: • Follow all internal Savola purchasing procedures and regulations.
• Ensure all procurement activities are fully and transparently documented through PRs, POs, RFQs, Bid Analysis, Invoices and Delivery Reports.
• Initiate Invitations to Bid and collect quotations from suppliers as necessary.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department for the purchase of supplies.
• Maintain efficient systems for purchase requisitions / purchase orders and their administration through files that easily demonstrate open vs. closed purchase requests.
• Maintain database of good and reliable suppliers for different categories of works.
• In coordination with the PM establish authorized vendors and standard agreements. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: • University Degree holder in a related field;
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in similar field;
• Computer skills;
• Fluent in English. |
