Description:

The company is looking for a responsible, enthusiastic and out-going Camp Supervisor for our busy hourly service Camps this year. The Camp Supervisor is to act as a leader and assist camp staff in providing participants with a fun and living camp experience. The Camp Supervisor will provide guidance and support for all camp staff and maintain a positive relationship with staff, management and campers.

• Active involvement in the operation and delivery of the hourly programs

• Assist with planning and implement daily services programs

• Ensure all inventories are maintained

• Assist with training, weekly staff meetings and supervising staff with guidance of the management Camp Coordinator or Conference Manager

• Assist with responding to management questions and concerns to ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist with registering campers for movement day camps and maintain registration records

• Create weekly newsletters and health reports

• Prepare with the attendance lists and tracking movement (sign in/sign out sheets)

• Ensure daily programs run on schedule and all required supplies are purchased

• Work with Management Camp Coordinator to schedule staff

• Act as back up person in the absence of the Camp Coordinator

• Assist with preparing permission slips for outings, materials and special events/guests for everyday camp

• Review, complete and follow up on incident reports and report to Management Coordinator/Conference Manager

• Learn and teach assigned services curriculum and weekly camp themes as needed

• Other duties as assigned required skills and knowledge:

• High energy, self-starter

• A keen interest and ability in cleaning, music, equipment’s and tools, creative writing

• Experience teaching or working with multinational in a camp or accommodation setting would be considered and asset

• Excellent people skills and a friendly, responsible, service-oriented attitude

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Strong computer skills, able to enter data accurately and efficiently Other Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience preferred

• Experience supervising staff in a camp environment or related discipline preferred

• Candidates with an educational background ie. Working towards same will be given preference

• Valid driver’s license an asset

• Criminal Records Check

• Candidates should be prepared for physical labor of lifting, moving, camp cleaning (chairs/tables etc.) and lots of walking (very active jobs)

• Have English language command.
• Can work and live with multinational people.
• Non smoker
• Carry people management Experience / Supervisor Experience.
• Can work under esteem pressure.
• Can work on shift up to 12 hours duty daily
• Honest and Reliable
• s no major operation or long term illness such as diabetic, hypertension
• Humble and Clever
• Computer knowledge is mandatory
• Can work under Saudi Female law.
