Background: Purpose:
To Plan, direct and co-ordinates the computer (IT/IS) services
To lead, coach, motivate and manage a team of multi-skilled IT professionals to efficiently and professionally resolve business user IT problems. To promote and drive greater IT awareness throughout the business through establishment and direction of super-user network and other training and education initiatives to help the business get the best from their IT investment. To provide senior level expertise to direct reports in problem analysis and resolution to ensure departmental service levels is achieved at all times. |

Duties and responsibilities: Suggest department objectives, review with direct management and assure delivery of these objectives.
Participate as appropriate as senior technical representative throughout the entire project life cycle on systems implementation projects and business process re-engineering initiatives.
Mange his supervisors to Provide core business application, LAN, WAN, email and desktop application operational support and training.
Suggest and manage department budget to achieve the main objectives. Provide high management reports.
Put the periodically planning to department supervisors and review this plans and its implementation procedures
Supervise the assessment of incoming demand, diagnose problems, recommend or perform necessary corrective action or route problems to appropriate individuals within the IT department or external service providers for satisfactory resolution.
Produce monthly performance statistics to monitor service levels, identify recurring problems, volume of demand from business units / applications / functions / hardware and take remedial action as appropriate |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: B. Sc. Degree, Minimum 6 years practical IT experience with at least 2 year in a senior level . Certification in service management business management and project management especially in the ERP implementation.
