·         Provide Infrastructure Support to ensure high level of system reliability and availability: Administer Servers, Local and Wide Area Networks, PABX, Network equipment, and other IT hardware.

·         Act as the main advisor on infrastructure technology development.

·         Provide training to all staff according to requirements

·         Maintain up-to-date inventory of IT infrastructure.

·         Ensure Infrastructure security and control procedures are strictly followed by all. Regularly review the Infrastructure Security status, identify and implement corrective actions when approved by the IT Manager

·         Review and test fallback and Disaster Recovery Plan for critical infrastructure systems

·         As backup Access Administrator, fully apply company's Access Administration procedures & best practices

·         Apply standard project, problem and change management practices

·         Assist the IT Manager in all matters related to infrastructure support and projects

·         Conduct other duties as assigned by the IT Manager and according to the company requirements.

·         In accordance with agreed procedures, monitor infrastructure systems for which responsible by regular scrutiny of reports from, systems software or service helpdesk logs. Note problems and identify performance trends. Take corrective action to improve performance and to avoid arising problems.

·         Monitor progress of user requests and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed. Take corrective action to avoid or minimize delays.

·         University degree in computer science/engineering or similar.

·         4 years minimum experience.

·         Proficiency in Computer Network designs and IT services support.

·         Has achieved proficiency in the role of Infrastructure Support.

·         Has some experience of working on projects and communicating with users on technical issues.
