Duties and responsibilities: Duties: · Follow up on delinquent accounts to maximize recovery and minimize losses from Retail Portfolio by § Contact Customers for delinquent payments and update on the Collections System § Perform rehabilitation, restructuring, work-out and directs recovery and/ or legal actions (both criminal and civil actions) § Help in early identifications of skips and remedial action and perform early trading activities § Arrange to block defaulters and guarantors accounts to recover past dues § Follow up with employer for End of Service benefits in case of resignation/termination cases § Filing of Insurance claims in case of Death & Loss of employment as appropriate · Achieve daily calls targets and monthly collection target as per KPIs |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · Degree level education or relevant professional qualification · 1-2 years in banking related roles especially in Collections and/or Contact Centre environment · Deep knowledge of various retail banking products and segments · Ability to think creatively and problem solving |
