Duties and responsibilities: Job Purpose: 1. Understanding warehouse and inventory computer systems 2. Creating shipping/delivery routes and schedules 3. Tracking shipment progress 4. Understanding safety/security processes and procedures 5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Word and Excel 6. Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs; 7. Use associated information systems to coordinate and control the order cycle; 8. Use data from IT systems to evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvements; 9. Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers; 10. Implement health and safety procedures; 11. Plan vehicle routes 12. Assisting in custom clearance shipment 13. Follow up with concern governmental department 14. Follow up with bank regarding to shipment procedures |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in Business administration or related field 2. 2 to 5 years experiences 3. Skills needed (communication skills, computer skills) 4. Good Arabic & English language
