Duties:

• Consistently design & develop quality Odoo apps that meets specific design and requirements on stated timelines by writing, reviewing and documenting application code
• Support and develop Odoo reports and forms
• Handling large data migration projects.
• Test and implement software configurations/development
• Ensure quality with blue print documents, user acceptance tests and automated tests.
• Support and improve application deployment process
• Engage in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines
• Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timeline
• Gather and create accurate requirements for software customization/development designed to meet the true business needs of the customer
• Involvement with the Odoo open source project and community
• Provide remotely/on-site support to existing customers 

• A Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, CIS or computer-related field, or equivalent experience in developing/implementing, consulting, or supporting an ERP system
• Strong Functional &Technical Knowledge of Odoo / Open ERP
• Strong experience in development & implementation of Full Life Cycle of ERP Development & implementation
• Experience with Python, Java or C#.
• Experience with AJAX, XML, CSS/ HTML/JavaScript.
• Proficiency with databases Postgre SQL, Ubuntu Server knowledge.
• Experience with Linux, relational databases, OOP, Design Patterns preferred.
• Strong experience in development customized reports in Open ERP including webkit/aeroo.
• Strong commitment, integrity, proactively, positive thinking and a good team player.
• Contribute in planning, estimating and retrospective across development sprints.
• Ability to maintain technical record keeping
• Ability to use analytical skills to resolve business issues
