Duties and responsibilities:
· Provide full secretarial and protocol support to the relevant Head of Function and functional team which includes but is not limited to: · Accurate and timely dissemination of information to both internal and external organization stakeholders by maintaining confidentially to ensure effective communication. · Ensure that all fixed assets that are bought by the department have been properly labeled and registered.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · Education: University Degree is a must · Experience: 0-3 relevant working experience · Languages: English and Arabic (full written and spoken fluency); · Computer skills: advance knowledge of MS Office suite · Personal qualities: good communicator, organized, discreet, efficient and pro-active. · Self-disciplined, honest, responsible and organized. · Maintenance of confidentiality · Prioritization of duties to ensure achievement on time · Full adherence to records management schedules and compliance requirements. · Ability to work in autonomy |
