Job Purpose:
· Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies. |

Duties and responsibilities: · Ensure the cleanness of offices, cafeterias, and rest rooms. · Reviews office lightening and water supply in the building. · assist in resolving any administrative problems · Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques. · Maintains office supplies for coordinators and managers. · Any other tasks requested by admin coordinator.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · Minimum 2 years of Experience · Experience in administrative support · Knowledge of operating standard office equipment. · Excellent communication skills – written and verbal · MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook. |
