Duties and responsibilities: · Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems · Provide counseling on policies and procedures · Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process · Create and implement effective on boarding plans · Develop training and development programs · Assist in performance management processes · Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues · Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements · Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance · Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management. · Awareness of Labor law and Social Insurance Articles in addition to work Accident compensations. · Capable of handling, organizing, keeping files. · Thorough knowledge of HR Functions. · Well acquainted of general HR Activities and Payroll requirement. · Adheres to Company policies generally and HR policies and procedures in specific. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · BSc in business administration or any other related field · Minimum (1-3) Years of Experience in the Same Field. · Computer skills (Ms. Office) · English language. · Fast learner.
