Identification of monitoring, planning, organizing and follow up implementation of the finance department plans as per company policies & procedures

·         Daily Transactions.

·         General Ledger and Trial Balance.

·         All other Financial related issued With Banks And Companies

·         Salaries / Allowances / Bonus / Benefits / Overtime.

·         Banks A/C Follow Up & Reconciliation and responsible for company cash flow

·         Experienced in dealing with custom clearance procedures and transport cost from port to Khartoum

·         Experienced with whole and retail sales operations

·         Preparation of financial statements.

·         Explore best opportunity for securing hard currency for company imports

·         Secure best and cost effective insurance for the company assets and equipment

·         Coordinates Annual Budget Preparation (Capital & Operating Budget).

·         Monitoring Expenditure on monthly basis against Budget to ensure conformity to approved Budget. (Budgetary Control).

·         Ensures appropriate cost allocation of different operation (e.g. Operation /Maintenance overheads).

·         Audit financial processes, to ensure compliance with the corporation’s policies and procedures.

·         Coordinates year end closing activities with external and Government Auditors.

·         Responsible for planning and execution of yearly physical count and spot check

·         Prepare all finance and finance related policies and procedures and seek approval from direct supervisor

·         Bank transfer and cash deposits

·         In charge of all company feasibility study for new project

·         Good reporting skills

·         Familiar with software programs

·         B.Sc. in Accounting + M.Sc. is preferable.

·         Minimum 10 and above years of experience in similar field.

·         Formulating and setting goals

·         Effective planning

·         Executive programs for the preparation of plans approved

·         Make decisions based on facts

·         Good deal with the computer programs, especially accounting software

·         Dealing with office equipment

·         Leadership skills and management are high
