Job Description:

·         You as a Country Manager will involve in working to manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for Sudan region.

·         Sector – Automobile and FMCG

·         Number of employees reporting - 45

·         Takes on P&L accountability of the affiliate/subsidiary.

·         Defines and implements annual budget plans and provides regular reports to the headquarters.

·         Develops a successful commercial development strategy for the country.

·         Coordinates and develops all departments and ensures operational and strategic goals are achieved.

·         Coordinates the logistics operations, including warehousing activities.

·         Develops both new business and current accounts through business development research to create growth in sales.

·         Represents the company externally with government, statutory/regulatory bodies and business partners/allies.

·         Develops and implements internal systems for logistics, commercial and financial information flows in cooperation with headquarters.

·         Any diploma OR Masters OR Engineering

·         18+ Years of experience in Sudan Region into FMCG / Automobile Industry

·         Customer-oriented and motivated with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong leadership and organizational skills.

·         Product and application knowledge essential.

·         Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff to make an accurate assessment of customer needs.

·         Ability to create and make presentations.

·         Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills and ability to drive decisions with influence
