Background: Job Purpose: · To fully extend & maintain company after sales support (franchise & non-franchise) to all customers in a win-win manner to obtain benefits for both parties.

Duties and responsibilities: · To promote the after sales & aftermarket sales by attracting the potential customers. · To achieve the agreed set of benchmarks. · To lock customers in and competitors out through distinguished after sales support organized by contracts/ agreements. · To create and maintain business generation oriented relations with fleet customers to pave the way for new sales in all aspects: new vehicles, tires, batteries, accessories & service. · To set & submit quarterly action plans promoting the performance in his area of activity. · To provide the customers with technical support and guidance in proper vehicles utilization and applications to enhance greater productivity or lower costs. · To efficiently contribute in conducting field fix and campaigns, recalls and service measures. · To maintain proper & updated product & customers population guide. · To maintain proper & updated record for the competitors’ prices, rates, packages & any other promotional activities. · To manage after sales tender activities through close follow up, bidding & negotiating. · To assist and back up the indoor team in handling customers and reaching conflict customers and resolve pending issues. · To efficiently contribute in all campaigns. · To coordinate & lead field activities with regards to the technical & mobile teams site visits & temporary residence at customer’s custody. · To respond to customers and team members calls and requests in a timely manner with a great sense of urgency. |

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · University Degree in Business related field · Driving license · At least2- 4 years of related experience in retail sales environment · Communication & public relations skills. · Computer skills. · Good English level. · Good reporting & presentation skills. · Ability of frequent travel to field · Understands and applies the concept of completed staff work. |
