 Background:

·         To design, create, and lead the digital marketing initiatives to support expansion and growth of the company services and products reach across all the digital platforms. Introduce new channels and avenues to reach new and existing customers.



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

·         Develop, manage and design layouts of communications such as presentations, newsletters, event support materials, research papers, and brochures.

·         Planning, development and execution of national digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.

·         Interfacing with marketing communications functions, as well as PR, events, retail and business Product marketing teams.

·         Responsible for the day to day running of all event social media channels – Broadcast and responsive

·         Maintain and update the company’s main and event websites to ensure that all content is fresh,

·         relevant and engaging

·         Responsible for producing and distributing email newsletters on behalf of the full event portfolio

·         Day to day responsibility for the company’s CRM system

·         Identify 3rd party online advertising and promotional opportunities, monitoring their success and ROI

·         Track, monitor and create timely reports that include analysis and tracking across the digital portfolio

·         Monitor competitor social media, websites and email newsletters and keep on file best practice

·         Any other duties as and when required by the Board that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and aimed at achieving the Company or Group goals.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, marketing or related discipline

·         6 years experience of which at least 3 years in digital marketing

·         Success track record delivering successful digital marketing campaigns

·         Proven Experience in planning & implementing digital marketing strategies

·         Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

·         Understanding of segment requirements and the ability to build products and services that directly address them

·         Ability to adapt to constantly changing market and company priorities

·         Ability to works under little or no direct supervision

·         Dynamic, diplomatic, has good follow-up skills, able to deal with different patterns of people & colleague

·         Ability to plan, execute and follow- up
