 Background:

·         Guide and ensures the proper execution of the Marketing strategy in alignment with the overall company strategy. Lead, mentor, and oversee several units within the marketing department. Implement marketing plan through market intelligence, promotions, new product development, Market analysis, media and advertising in order to increase revenues of all Companys products and service maintain the leading market share. Focus on innovation and latest marketing techniques to gain edge and competitive advantage.

 



 
 Duties and responsibilities:

·         Brand Plan Development - develop a plan that achieves company targets through advertising, program/promotions, and research. Be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.

·         Program management and execution - manage the day-to-day logistics of the brand programs. Owns timeline management, budget, and program analysis.

·         New product development – utilize consumer-driven insights to drive long-term growth of the brands. Translate insights into profitable product innovations. Develops selling proposition and sufficient launch support plans to retail.

·         Market Analysis - provide expenditure based data analysis for the brand. Provide insight and support to the dealership to better understand market trends and dynamics. Identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs.

·         Business Forecasting/Results - work with sales, demand planning, and contract vendors to generate accurate volume forecasts. Deliver results for the brand level P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution.

·         Sales – provide the sales teams with presentation materials for retailer presentations using category management best practices.

·         Any other duties as and when required by the Board that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and aimed at achieving the Company or Group goals.


 
 Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline

·         International Specialization Certification

·         9 years experience of which at least 4 years directly related experience in marketing/ product development/ management or business development

·         Experience in Auto industry

·         Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills

·         Understanding of segment requirements and the ability to build products and services that directly address them

·         Ability to adapt to constantly changing market and company priorities

·         Ability to works under little or no direct supervision

·         Dynamic, diplomatic, has good follow-up skills, able to deal with different patterns of people & colleagues

·         Ability to plan, execute and follow- up
