Chemical Dosing Operator
A Well Established Company

Duration: One year renewable

Duties and responsibilities:

Principal Accountabilities:

Operation:

Follow the instruction given to him from the shift engineer and control room for setting the operation parameters and to start/stop the equipment.
Carry out the chemical mixing and dosing according to the effluent quality and quantity.
To manage the chemical supply from the store to the dosing room.
To monitor the performance of the dosing system during the operation and report any defect to shift engineer.
To monitor the cleaning of the equipment and clean the special equipment if required.
Carry out and monitoring the dosing room housekeeping.

Monitor the greasing and lubricant of the equipment if applicable.
To carry out any preparation for maintenance requested by the maintenance team.
To apply all chemical mixing and dosing safety procedure to assure the safety of the dosing room workers.

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:

Technical School Certificate, Vocational training Certificate holder,
Minimum 3 years practical experience in operation.
