Duties and responsibilities: · Take customer orders at the counter · Receive payments and present change to customers · Function as the host/hostess of the restaurant · Make reservations for customers · Receive food checks from waiters or customers · Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours · Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations · Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period. · Guarantee cleanliness in decorating and serving food in compliance with hygienic regulations/standards. · Ensure that the supervisor is aware anytime food quantities are not enough in supply. · Ensure compliance with all quality standards, principles, guidelines and policies

Minimum Qualification, Skills and Experience Required: · Minimum 3 years of Experience · Ability to work with flexibility in a continuous schedule of day, nights, holidays, and weekends · Kitchen management
