NPM Engineer level 1 For Telecommunication Company

·         Responsible for the running Ericsson or Huawei area including 2G swap / 3G New site / re farming / new LTE / expansion activities

Qualification Required:

·         Bachelor in Communication Engineering

·         2+ years of extensive experience in RF Optimization and performance management with different networks and cellular technologies GSM/UMTS/LTE Ericsson equipment. Good hands on experience of all major optimization and planning tools.

·         Fluent English & Arabic  

·         Know how to use excel, word, PPT.

·         Basic wireless network optimization training

Skills:

·         Good knowledge on Huawei /Ericsson RF Parameter optimization

·         Understanding of radio access technologies GSM-EDGE or UMTS or HSPA & LTE networks

·         Able to do a periodic capacity study and suggest the needed expansions.

·         BSS Parameter Optimization& setting -2G/3G/4G networks.

·         Daily KPI performance monitoring, worst cell list analysis and reporting

·         Trouble shooting for VIP complains, can solve basic issues.

·         Drive Test Analysis to verify pilot pollution, overshooting, missing neighbors, Co-scrambling code, Cross feeders, interference problem and coverage verification using Probe & Assistant, TEMS, ACTIX and Assistant.

·         Know how to use these tools, OMStar, SmartRNO, Probe&Assistant, RPMO, ENIQ, WINFOIL , business object and MCOM

·         Proactive to solve any issue in work, standby all the time.
