Principal Accountabilities:

Summarise in critical and key activities

1. Put in place arrangement for effective management of work, maintaining records of progress.
2. Carry out quality check within time allowed.
3. Put in place management of action & monitoring performance against plan.
4. Produce an internal program for field management & follow up delivering of main plan.
5. Follow up the irrigation process & establish records for all field irrigation activity.
6. Maintain & update program schedule, monitoring program & change schedule in needed.
7.    Hold regular meeting with his team to monitor progress & identify risk as well as variation.
8. Report to farm manager for all key programming issues and interface risks.
9. Operate with the delegation provided, put in place system & processes for effective governance.
10. Set clear objectives & delivery targets for individual members of the team.
11. Coaching team performance & providing feedback regularly.
12. Create an open learning culture & promote effective communications.
13. Set up a code of conduct , culture of ethics
